Job Description
The Change and Learning Manager at Lindt & Sprüngli (North America) Inc. (“LSNA”) is responsible for leading and implementing strategies, methodologies, and initiatives that facilitate successful organizational change across LSNA, as well as all Lindt subsidiaries across North America. Key focus areas include development and facilitation of training with the LSNA organization, internal LSNA communication, and development of training content and strategy for the greater Lindt North America subsidiaries. The Change and Learning Manager leads a central COE (Center of Excellence), actively provides guidance, concepts and methodologies to leadership, project teams and line managers across the organization to effectively and efficiently facilities organizational change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes Change Management and Learning strategies
  • Collaborates with the business on training needs and plan development
  • Develops and leads system-based trainings and creates associated communication plans
  • Manages Training Development projects including developing and building LMS content
  • Develops various forms of training modules, demos, and testing
  • Works with Managers to build job aids and videos
  • Facilitates and moderates both on-site and virtual training sessions
  • Ensures on-demand and instructor-led training courses are current and compliant
  • Builds and cultivates relationships with key stakeholders representing various functions and levels in a dynamic work environment

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management/ Learning and Development
  • Familiarity with change management and learning and development principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience creating SOPs and training materials
  • Demonstrated training experience as well as experience training others to train their teams (train the trainer)
  • Experience with internal, company-wide communication, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with learning/HR systems (examples include SAP EnableNOW, Camtasia, Cornerstone, LinkedIn Learning, Workday)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an engaging personality
  • Drives change and processes among leadership
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and audiences
  • Creative and innovative
